“A full day that seemed to fly by. Ewan was a wonderful driver and tour guide, full of information and historical facts that helped us understand how it all came to be. St. Andrews is a beautiful little town with great shops and places to eat and is the birthplace of golf. Well worth the visit.”

“This day trip to Fife was just perfect, even in the cold winter. We visited mutiple fishing villages in the morning, then had a shorter break in Anstruther and a longer in St. Andrews. Compared to other day trips, on this one we could spend more time at each stop as we didn’t go as far away from Edinburgh, which is an important thing to consider when choosing day trips.”

“This was an excellent and engaging tour. Our guide Alex was super knowledgeable and entertaining. He told stories rather than giving us dry facts. I felt like we all learned so much on the tour. It was fascinating. So even the bus ride was great. Stirling Castle is a gem. Such a cool place to visit. Rosslyn chapel was so interesting. We made it there in time for one of the castle guides to give a talk about it. All the other points of interest were very cool too and well worth the trip. Highly recommend this tour!”

“The tour was well organized. Good amount of time spent at each of the stops. The tour guide and driver (Fin) had a well planned itinerary with fun facts about each of the places visited, recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Fin came prepared with music from Scottish artists of all genres. Along the way, Fin and an apprentice (Jessica) talked about Scottish history.”

Luego, al llegar a St. Andrews, el tiempo asignado resulta insuficiente. Entre comer (porque llegas a la hora de almuerzo) y organizarte, prácticamente no queda tiempo para recorrer el pueblo, visitar el cementerio o acercarse al famoso campo de golf.
